基本信息:男,1983年11月,毕业于韩国浦项工科大学,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。

研究方向:医学图像处理、智能医疗系统开发、混合现实、严肃游戏、人工智能、人机交互、人体工学。

硕士研究生招生专业:学硕:软件工程,专硕:电子信息(软件工程)。

主要成果:近年来主持和承担4项韩国国家项目、2项韩国国家部级项目、1项韩国国立医院横向项目,累计完成经费折合人民币680万元。研究方向集中于智能医疗系统开发和人体工学产品设计。在计算机生物医学以及人体工学知名杂志与会议上共发表论文50余篇(一作27篇),其中SCI论文13篇(一作6篇)。授权韩国专利1项,受理国家发明专利1项。商业化智能医疗产品2个:3D虚拟肝手术规划系统Dr. Liver、预防老年痴呆的智能合音系统Smart Harmony。发明产品荣获韩国发明专利展铜奖及青年大奖赛人体工学设计大奖,已被韩国30多家医疗机构及老年康复中心采购。

目前项目:肝脏手术导航系统的开发、基于RGB高清序列扫描图像的胎儿标本三维重建、基于实时钙成像的光学脑机接口及其应用、基于VR的膝关节腔镜下的解剖学基础与手术入路、虚拟人体科学馆构建等。

Main Achievements:Dr. Xiaopeng Yang has hosted and participated in 4 projects funded by National Research Foundation of Korea, 2 Korea ministerial level projects, and 1 project funded by a national university hospital in Korea (total funding completed: 6.8 million). He has been focusing on research areas about intelligent medical system development and ergonomic product design. He has published more than 50 papers (27 as first author) on well-known journals and conferences in the areas of computer technology in biomedicine and human factors, including 13 SCI papers (6 as first author). He has 1 Korean patent authorized and 1 Chinese patent under review. He has two intelligent healthcare products commercialized in Korea, a 3D virtual liver surgery planning system Dr. Liver and a brain fitness system Smart Harmony for preventing dementia. The invented products won the bronze prize of the Korea Invention Patent Exhibition and the ergonomic design award of Jr. Grand Prix. The products have been purchased by more than 30 medical institutions and rehabilitation centers in Korea.

Current Projects:Development of liver surgery navigation system, 3D reconstruction of fetal specimens based on sequentially scanned high-definition RGB images, Optical brain-machine interface based on real-time calcium imaging and its application, Anatomical basis and operation of the knee under arthroscopy based on VR, Virtual human body science museum construction
